Terms of service
The short version: we arrange travel, a surgeon does the surgery, and the distinction between those two things is the whole point of this document.

2. Your relationship with the surgeon
Any treatment contract is between you and the independent partner practice. They set their own fees, hold your medical records, decide whether to operate, and are responsible for the clinical outcome. We introduce and coordinate. If a surgeon declines to treat you, we cannot and will not overrule that.
3. Information on this site
General information, not medical advice, and not a substitute for assessment by a qualified laryngologist. Pitch figures are population reference ranges, not predictions. Cost figures are indicative ranges reviewed quarterly; only your surgeon's written quote is binding. The pitch range explorer is an orientation tool and is not a measurement or a diagnosis.
4. No guarantee of outcome
Nobody on this site, including any partner surgeon, guarantees a specific pitch, a specific number of semitones, or that you will be perceived in a particular way. Surgical outcomes vary with anatomy. Any figure quoted is a published range across many patients.
5. Payments
Surgeon fees are paid to the practice. Travel costs are paid to us or to the supplier. We do not take payment on a surgeon's behalf. REPLACE: set out your deposit, cancellation and refund terms, including what happens if a surgeon cancels or you are found unsuitable at assessment.

You are responsible for your passport, visa and travel insurance. Standard travel insurance frequently excludes elective surgery abroad and complications arising from it — check before you travel and consider specific medical travel cover.
8. Liability
We are liable for our own coordination services. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, surgical complications, or the acts and omissions of independent partner practices. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Site content is ours. Reviews are published under our reviews policy. Do not submit content you do not have the right to submit.

Ask about your voice
Tell us where your voice sits and what you want it to do. A bilingual coordinator replies and asks for a short voice sample, then an independent partner laryngologist gives an honest opinion — including “therapy first” where that is the right answer.
