Cookie notice
This site is deliberately light on tracking. People researching gender-affirming surgery have a stronger than average interest in not being followed around the internet afterwards, and retargeting someone with voice surgery ads is a way to out them to whoever shares their laptop.

What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting pixels. No Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel, no Google Ads remarketing tag on any page of this site.
- No cross-site tracking or data broker integrations.
- No session recording or heatmap tools — they capture form fields, and our form fields contain health information.
This is a deliberate constraint that costs us conversion data. We think it is the right trade for this audience. REPLACE: if you add any advertising tag later, this section must change first, and the change must be honest.
Your choices
Analytics cookies load only if you accept them. You can change your mind at any time through your browser settings or by clearing site data. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off because the forms will not work without them.
Third parties
Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address when a page loads. REPLACE: self-host the fonts in /assets/fonts/ to remove this dependency entirely — it is a one-hour job and it improves both privacy and page speed.

HubSpot
Some pages offer an enquiry form provided by HubSpot, a customer-relationship platform operating from the United States. Loading that form connects your browser to HubSpot and sets cookies which identify you across visits and across sessions, including hubspotutk.
These are not essential to the operation of this site, so we do not load HubSpot at all unless you ask us to. Until you press the button on the form placeholder, your browser makes no connection to HubSpot and no HubSpot cookie is set. If you press it, we remember that choice in your browser so you are not asked repeatedly.
Every page also offers a first-party alternative — our own enquiry form, which submits to our hosting provider and does not involve HubSpot. If you would rather not share data with a third party, use that one. It is the form that accepts voice recordings in any case.
To withdraw consent, clear this site’s data in your browser settings, which removes both the stored choice and any HubSpot cookies. Data held by HubSpot is processed under their own terms; transfers outside the UK and EEA are covered by the safeguards described in our privacy policy.
Ask about your voice
Tell us where your voice sits and what you want it to do. A bilingual coordinator replies and asks for a short voice sample, then an independent partner laryngologist gives an honest opinion — including “therapy first” where that is the right answer.
